Access to this resource on the server is denied!

Hi,

I have updated my plugin and then I received 403 error, where the server doesn’t want to load my page.

Luckily I’ve downloaded the backup before I updated my plugins.

What do you think is causing this issue and how should I solve with?

Do you think in the future I should or shouldn’t update my theme and plugins or should I leave it as it is?
