Problem with the menu (Dropdown settings)

When I added the category “Promotions” in menu #1 – this category contains the “Dropdown setting”
When I added the category “Promotions” in menu #2 – this category does NOT contain the “Dropdown setting”
Why?

You need just resave the menu after adding the new menu item. So then all fields should be enabled, including the field for the dropdown.
