sticky footer elementor not works

    the problem is that the sticky footer default elementor will work when in page edit with elementor but in the live web version it cannot become a sticky footer but is stuck at the bottom of the footer. this is video

    Hello,

    Navigate to Theme Settings > Enable the option Sticky Footer and check the issue after completely clearing the browser cache.

    not sticky footer that’s what I mean try to see the video I sent and give the appropriate answer. in the video it is clear that the elementor sticky footer feature works when in the elementor edit process but when the web is live sticky footer does not work.

    Hello,

    Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    If the issue with our theme, Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    of course it is clear that I am testing this woodmart theme on staging and in fact on the live version website sticky footer elementor there is no problem oiya noted that the live version website uses the stratus theme. so I think this is a conflict with the themes. and it should be noted again that the plugins used are also all the same nothing is different so I don’t think it conflicts with the plugin.

    I don’t think you’ve found a problem with the plugin because I’ve been feeling the possibility of clashes with themes.
