H1 hidden but still indexing

Hi! We just ran our posts through ScreamingFrog and it looks like despite the H1 page title has been hidden and set to disable it still counts it when scrolling the pages. We have our own H1 placed on the page already and it now counts it as two H1 on same page (duplicate). Why is it still “enabled” when set to disabled?

You can configure the page title via Theme Settings -> Page title -> Title tag: https://prnt.sc/as3gsQbwX7CQ
As for the post titles, they have the h1 tag by default: https://prnt.sc/-l23MTe9jL2Z. Please check the H11 tag in the post content.

We are aware of the posts having an existing H1 title.
We have disabled the title on the post so it does not show, but it still appears in the code despite being disabled so it creates “Multiple H1” issues when it is screened using ScreamingFrog.
We have already configured the page titles in theme settings but it still persists in the code as a H1.
