Order-received page stays bank

Hello,
Really fan of the Woodmart theme, it works like a charm. I only have a problem with the order-received page, when I place an order, the page stay blank instead of showing the Thank You / Order Received messages.
In themes settings: Default “Thank you page” content is checked on.
Could there be missing a shortcode or page somewhere?

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > ThankYou page > Enable the option “Default “Thank you page” content” then clear the browser cache and check the issue.
If the issue remains, Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
