I am developing a website that is still in the testing environment and the search has stopped working, as you can see when the option (Use Relevanssi for AJAX search
) if activated, no products appear anymore, if deactivated, AJAX appears, but if you click on (see all products) the message no products found again.
I no longer use any plugin until it is made by WOODMART and Relevanssi.

    Hi TRT,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes). This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.

So sometimes it’s difficult to explain, I activated storefront and the search worked, I tested two more templates from the repository and it was working, I went to woodmart child, it didn’t work, I went to woodmart “parent” it didn’t work, I went back to the child and now the search is working again…

Remembering that I had already cleaned the cache before and nothing worked

    It’s difficult to understand..

Which search plugin do you recommend for your template?

The company has more than 10 thousand items but at the moment we are going to add 500 to 1500 items. I’m afraid the search will be slow since woodmart doesn’t use indexing and I’m using Relevanssi because it’s already a recommendation on the woodmart panel.

the website will be a catalog and not an ecommerce, at least for now

    Hi TRT,

    Thanks for your patience.

Navigate to Settings > Relevanssi > Indexing tab > Select the post types and Taxonomies > Click on Save the options and then Build the index buttons > Clear cache and check again.
