    see this screencast.
    I have tried with all plugins disabled and just woocommerce ,woodmart and wp bakery and still same problem.

    Hello,

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing of this plugin we will enable it all back.

    Hello,

    Ask your Hosting Provider to disable the CDN on your Site.

    Also, just to let you know, I tried gallery slider by shaped plug-in, and it works fine. I did not have to disable any CDN.

    ok I am not using the added plugin as it did not make sense to pay for it when it is built in to your theme that I apy for a yearly license so lets go back to debugging the issue.
    I am not running any wp rocket anymore , I have tried it in debug mode and I have also tried it by deactivating all plugins except for yours and it does not work. Asking my host to turn of cdn is not an option as other plugins work correctly.
    I am seeing some kind of error maybe in woodmart as when you click on the zoom button it is asking to open a # link on same page.

    I see you disabled all my plugins and it is still not working.

    never mind I resolved this issue by using an external plugin that works. It is taking to long to resolve the issue.

    The issue is because of the custom CSS code added in the theme settings. Please delete the custom CSS code and then back to the site, I am sure your issue will be solved.

    ok it is working after I removed the custom css
    .pswp { display: none !important; }

    What was it for as now it is no longer in the theme ?

    Sorry, I do not know for what issue you have added this custom CSS code. May be the classes have been changed or you did not used the correct class to hide it.
