manojParticipantAfter updating my latest Woodmart Forest theme, the Order Checking screens have changed creating a empty Billing details for Order’s. The default Checkout process requires Billing Details and Shipping detail for alternate location which is other then the billing address.
After the update to the latest version, this was flipped. The Check out process requires Shipping Details and detail for alternate Billing information.
When an order is placed, customers whose shipping and mailing addresses are same, provides the Shipping addresses and will not check the alternate billing address box.
The system in this situation does not capture the billing details and the Credit Card processing fails for the lack of billing address to verify authenticity. Please see attached screenshots and evaluation by WooCommerce engineers
There’s definitely something odd going on here. By default, WooCommerce will ask for billing information, not shipping information. If a customer wants an order shipped to a different address, they can check the box at the bottom of the checkout page. Here’s a screenshot from my test site:

Hung PhamKeymasterHi manoj,
Thanks for reaching to us.
I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.
If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.

manojParticipantThe screenshot were taken by WooCommerce Engineers who checked this bug by using the default theme Storefront, where it worked correctly and my current Woodmart Theme Forest where it has changed.
I contacted Xtemos after verification.
