Problem with TranslatePress and shop Page

    Hello,
    thanks for your support!

    I used TranslatePress to translate a site in English. (i ‘ve use it before in other site with your theme with no problems).
    When i try to reach th shop page and some of the subpages the whole page messed. Page is not resized so the translatepress panel is overlapping a part of it, the header is overlapping translatepress panel, and no edit buttons appears beside text to translate (see attachments)
    As a matter of facts, i can see a strange behavior in shop header: allthough it is the same header as the one in homepage, looks different…
    Can you please give a hand?

    deactivating all other plugins dont fix the issue.
    Changing theme to 2024 fixes the problem, thats why i post the issue here

    After some tests i found that the problem occures when any “product archive layout…” in Layouts section are contitioned to replace the default shop page (with the default all is ok).

    (so, temporarely i m disabling any of this, when you come into as admin please enable one)

    Hi Tolis,

    Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.

    If you want to translate the site into Multi languages then you should use the WPML plugin or if you want to use the Translatepress plugin then you have to translate the site from the Translatepress plugin not use the Loco Translate plugin on the site.

    Please ask the Translatepress plugin support and learn how to translate the site into multi languages from Translarepress plugin.

    I don’t (i never) use the Loco Translate plugin, i don’t even have it installed!
    I ‘m using Translatepress plugin (last version) that works perfect anywhere exept the Layout pages (all of them) of the theme

    1. Overlap header

    I double checked and the issue has been resolved (without using Custom Layout) https://prnt.sc/6JY5x4Yq9fHO

    2. Homepage

    Homepage is using Custom Header https://prnt.sc/cS4n6pQtF1oA, you can make it as Default header and set it to None.

    Hello, thank you for your effort to help

    I ve already told you in some posts before (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/problem-with-translatepress-and-shop-page/#post-534258 and https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/problem-with-translatepress-and-shop-page/#post-534735) that ONLY the custom layouts pages have this problem. The default shop layout is ok, that’s why i started to use it by disabling the custom layouts templates. I was waiting for you to solve -if its possible- the issue so i can use them again…

    I made a copy of the website and i have allthe plugins disabled. You can make your test there and do anything you need.

    Hi Tolis,

    Thanks for your patience.

    Unfortunately, we do not support this plugin. And therefore, to translate the Custom Layout, you need to translate only in the page settings https://monosnap.com/file/z01m5zbke7RgCFPP3euMT1fZR6Lf9K, otherwise there is no way.
