Can’t Update Theme WoodMart

We are getting the following error (attached screenshot) when we try to update the theme. Can you help us?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Thank you I appreciate your quick reply. I have trieed the above steps and have gotten the same result.
I will say, when I got to step 3, when I go back to re-activate the purchase code it seems it’s already activated.
If you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely.
Can I reinstall the theme by simply uploading it via FTP and clicking “yes” to replace the current files?
I assume that doing this will not in any way affect the settings we’ve made to our theme?
Yes, you can update the theme by uploading it via Appearance -> Themes. It will not affect Theme Settings and your website content.
