When I try to import the pre-built site it gets stuck at 30% And I get this message :
“The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds”.
Of course, if the demo installation process is repeated several times without paying attention to the above message, the demo will finally be installed, but the installed demo will have severe dissary and duplicate elements.(in menus, etc.).

And the installation process is like that, the first time, up to 30% of the demo is installed easily and at a suitable speed, and then it stops and does not continue, This process continued in the next attempts so that in the second, third, fourth and fifth attempts it is loaded up to 45-60-75-100% respectively.
I tried different solutions but it didn’t solve the problem, i get the same error even though I set php value max_execution_time to 1,000.
so i contacted to host support.
Hosting support response :
please contact the template support and send the following link to the template support and inform them that according to this link, the max_execution_time value is higher than the required value stated in the error.

And ask the reason for the error from the template support.
All the checks and all the necessary actions have been done on your host.
If your problem is still not solved, the problem is with your site’s software and it needs to be checked by template and plugin support.
