Problems with google page speed after updating patches: 535166 / 534950

Hello,
I have updated your patches: 535166 / 534950
After the update my google page speed and google best practice have problems:
1. After updating the two patches, my page speed is enormously worse on Google PageSpeed Insights.
The mobile rating fell from 93 to 71 and the desktop rating fell from 99 to 88.
2. I also have problems with the best practice assessment. This also fell from 100 to 96. You find the screenshot of the issue at the private area.
Can you remove the patches again?
Please keep all screenshots and information about my website secret.

Pingdom shows me 5.19s and I had before around 600ms..
Hello,
This problem is not related to the patches applied. But if you want to remove them, just download original theme version from ThemeForest and upload it via Appearance -> Themes replacing your current theme files.

Thank you for the fast feedback. Ok, thats strange, because we didnt do anything, just added the patches.

I delated the database through WP Rocket and now it works better.
