Problems with resources with clean installation

I have a problem with the template, having a clean installation of wordpress only with the plugin that installs the template, the page has an excessive consumption of server resources, especially when I modify a page with wpbakery. how can I fix this?
I had to increase the hosting plan from 1 gb of physical memory to 2 GB but I still think I have a problem because the site should not have such a high consumption with a clean installation without plugins.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

after I increased my server plan to 2 gb, the resource consumption was normalized, it is not even half of what it used to be, I send you a screen, apparently I no longer have the problem.there was only a strange consumption at 1:48, but I guess it’s some server process.
