review 2 columns not working

    I have set up the 2 columns setup for reviews, but it is not showing it as 2 columns, even though the settings is set to that.

    Yes, it’s weird, please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

    i can rather give you access to a staging site if that is ok with you to test. you can deactivate and change whatever you like there. i shared the info in private content.

    Thank you.

    The issue is in the “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” plugin, it affects the reviews from the theme thus the 2-column functionality does not work. So I left it disabled on the staging site, you can check how it works now.

    ok. We need that plugin since that is the one that sends the emails to gather multiple reviews in 1 take, which is crucial.

    Is there anything we can take to the plugin developer to fix this?

    Hello,

    You can contact the plugin’s developers and they could debug what is causing the issue from their side so maybe they will provide some code to disable that functionality that affects our “2 columns”.

    i am stuck, the developer is pointing to the theme, and you are pointing to the plugin. unfortunately we can’t proceed like that and will have to find another route.

    Sorry, but we do not support that plugin, and our option cannot work together with the plugin’s because our structure is overridden by that plugin when it is activated.

    Unfortunately, we do not know which plugins our customers use for that purpose. In general, if you use some plugins for Reviews, you need to use their styles for that, because in most cases, they override our template so as a result our styles for Reviews from Theme Settings will not work.
