Shopping and products view error after update

    Hi, every time I updated the theme, I begin having issues with the display of the products on my shop, the query button don´t work, the images are bigger than the originals and the descriptions in the products, don’t show. I been tryning to updated the theme since january 2th but every time I do it, the same problem occurs. I,ve tried cleanening the cache after the update, deactivating plugins, etc. And nothing seems to work.

    Hello,

    You can create a clone of the site and update the theme there and we can investigate the issue in such a way so the production site will not be affected.

    Also, try to apply all available patches on the staging site and recheck the issue.

    This is how the live site looks, in the backoff it looks fine, but when you go to the live site like a customer is when we have the issue.

    Please disable the “Optimize CSS delivery” option in WP Rocket -> Settings -> File optimizations: https://prnt.sc/h3ZAtxhlsVJ1 , clear the cache and recheck the issue.

    Hello,

    Please try to disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor or WPBackary
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Enable the Parent theme

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know the result.

    Hi Luke, I did as requested with no effect whatsoever. I deactivated all pluggins but the ones you told me, and no change, then I deactivated Elementor but no change either.

    Hello,

    In this case, please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Please try to disable all plugins except these ones:
