Cart pop up with no background

Hi, we are using the cart pop up after the add to cart action on mobile. The background is transparant which is not correct.
Also where can i change or add extra text to the pop up?

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

i fixed it by changing the delayed JS exceptions.
can i also alter the content shown in the pop up and add more info?

Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Popup > Check the Popup HTML Blocks and edit it in page builder as per your requirements.

i am referring to the pop up add to cart notification that is set at shop – shop – Action after add to cart. Where can I alter the information shown in that pop up.

This content can’t be changed in Theme Settings. You can change its text only using Loco Translate plugin if you need.
