Checkout don’t working

    Hi,
    the checkout page don’t working. when the button to complete the order with both PayPal and Stripe is pressed, an error message is shown.
    I tried disabling all plugins except wordmart core and woocmmerce but the woodrmart child theme throws a critical error on the website.
    How can I resolve this?

    2. Or please remove required from TAX ID code field, then I can try again myself.

    I disable the plugin for tax id.

    I attacehd the error message. Is generic: “Errore durante la procedura di pagamento. Riprova.” “Error during the payment process. Try again.”

    Please clear browser cache, cache of plugin and double check.

    You display it correctly because you are logged as admin.
    If you go to the page from an private browser without being logged in you will see the error.

    I try from 3 different browser after clear cache and the issue is still present.

    Can you help us?

    Good morning, we have deactivated the YITH Frontend plugin but the problem remains. We also contacted the developers of the plugin and they also confirmed that the plugin has no effect on the site but only on the management area.
    Can you please help us?
