Hi! SE Ranking shows me some duplicate description errors, all of the provided URLs in the site audit are pagination issues. I have attached the URL list of the audit for you. How can I add rel=prev and rel=next to these pages without developer knowledge please?

    Hi SusanneN,

Thanks for reaching to us and your patience.

Rel prev and next are unnecessary, please refer to this article for more details https://yoast.com/google-doesnt-use-rel-prev-next-for-pagination/

Hello and thanks for coming back to me. However, you are referring to an article, which has been written in March 2019, so I don’t think this is the latest knowledge on this subject. Google Search Console and SE Ranking are both showing me duplicate content errors for all our pages with pagination (so, where the URL only differs by ending in – Page 1 etc). Please can you help me to find out how I can solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

    Hi SusanneN,

It caused product category divided into pages while its description used for each page. You can refer to below articles for more details:

    https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-duplicate-meta-tags/

Additional to, we are not SEO experts and it’s not included in our support. Thanks for understanding.

    Regards,
