Can´t suppress the maintenance mode

    Hello,
    if I try to suppress the maintenance mode like in the example, nothing work.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you, but that’s not the problem. There is the point “Access code for maintenance mode”. How can I set this? If I do it like in the example, nothing work. I need access as a visitor when the maintenance mode is active. I want to test some things.

    Thank you for clarifying. Please update access to the admin panel https://prnt.sc/xB1BnvtRkvfJ so I can investigate it.

    Also, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site
