Frequently Bought Together Showing Sold Out Variations

Hello,
Variations of products used in the “frequently bought together” bundles do not seem to be hiding even when they are sold out although the woocommerce setting to hide sold out products is enabled. It is allowing people to attempt adding something to cart when it is not truly in stock. The variations that are sold out do not show in the main products drop down list but they are showing in the frequently bought together widget.

Edit product “AO Heat Management Device – HMD 912”. In the inventory tab > check the option stock management and add the quantity “0” and check the issue.

Why would I do that if the stock depends on each variation? Thats not going to help the issue. The issue is with all variable products, not just this individual example.

Yes, when you make the product out of stock in the inventory tab it will be out of stock and it will not show in the frequently bought together.

Well like I said, its still showing in stock for all the sold out variations regardless of having done that.

You need to check the option “stock management’, you can specify the stock quantity available for the product. This is the number of units of the product that you have available for sale.
