    I want to duplicate or copy this page, what do I do? Or can I copy the shop page exactly?

    That Shop page is built via Layouts so you can navigate to Dashboard -> Layouts -> Products archive and duplicate an appropriate layout: https://prnt.sc/q8FEypOTShtA
