I have already increased the max execution time to 360 seconds and the issue still persists.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

Hi there, my hosting provider has confirmed that the server timeout limit has been increased to 300 seconds yet the issue still persists.

You can ask your hosting provider to run this action and see the error by themselves.
