    Hello,

I created an own checkout template in Layouts and didn’t place the coupon field somewhere.

But in the frontend it appears behind my title section and image (just realized it randomly): https://imgur.com/a/xyiR7PN

    01. Why is the coupon field there at all?

    02. How can I change the position to below the image / above from “Ihre Bestellung” section?

Please see private content if you need temporary access to check by yourself.

    Best regards,
    Christian

    Hi Christian |cswebdesigns,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

Sorry but you cannot align the coupon box in the to the area you mentioned. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    Hm, not the hoped answer.

How is it appearing there at all?

I just deactivated woodmart to check how it is by default. There this field is right above the cart total. That’s how it should be. See screenshot please

In my eyes it is Woodmarts fault then, isn’t it?

    Hi Christian |cswebdesigns,

    Sorry for that disappointed you.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have such an opportunity to add a coupon form to Cart totals. And by default checkout it is also on top https://monosnap.com/file/PNI9se85r87JaNT9qME9VlTy2rrovB

On the screenshot to which you showed the coupon form in another place, this is the new checkout block. And to change the coupon form, you need to create a Checkout top content template in layouts.

I think if you would implement page settings (like on every other page/post/etc.) for layouts as well, it would work.

    Hi Christian |cswebdesigns,

WooCommerce pages are archive pages, which are require template for these and usually inherit the Theme Settings or plugin configurations.

    Thanks for understanding.

    Alright, I see.

I fixed it by creating an “on top checkout” template in Layouts. That’s fine.
