Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

February 20, 2024 at 2:18 pm #541764Hello,
Sorry to say that your given login details are not working but i have visited your site and your images heights are not the same, Actually, Our theme doesn’t control product image size. It is controlled by the WooCommerce plugin. You can configure it in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images.
The image heights are not the same. I kindly recommend you prepare images with titles you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid.
If you have faced the php error share the correct login details so i will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

If you see the demo images it is showing fine. You need to upload images of the same size. The image heights are not the same. I kindly recommend you prepare images you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid.
Best Regards.

manuel.gordoaParticipantOk, I kind of know that is fixed, the canvas needs to be 1200 x 860 but the size of the picture should be smaller than the canvas so the product can look at the size.
