    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Regards

Please, deactivate the license and send us your admin access and purchase code so we can try this on your website.

Please, try to activate the theme now and update it. If it still doesn’t work, try to update the theme manually via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new. Download the latest version of the theme in your account on ThemeForest.

Still same error occur after activate and update. If I download and install manually, how about my existing content and design? Is it I need to start from scratch again?

No, your existing content and settings will not be lost after the update. But anyway, we highly recommend you make a backup before the update.
