Information box carusel image not same size

    Hi, I found another issue, after the 4 information box in the carusel the image is in full but it’s not at the same size as the others 544×363, even I tried to resize it due the full is not working and I noted that the image takes 544×303 instead of 363.

    Thanks for reaching to us and take our apologies for the long delay in answering.

    You are using image heights are not same. I kindly recommend you preparing images with titles you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid.

    All the images are not the same in terms of height and width, but the carousel is resizing them except this one, even if I tried to customize the size it doesn’t work as I showed you in previous pictures attached. What should be the size per your comment in Photoshop?

    The first two images have the same height and that’s why it looks equal https://prnt.sc/pabHEWrdwASN You can try with other image that has the same height and check again.

    ok, so I adjusted the image to the same height size 1707px and it’s not working. please review it and you have the access to the page.

    There is no such an option to even carousel boxes with different heights, unfortunately.

    I answered earlier.

    The height of image should be 1356 https://prnt.sc/v-Rrc-GyV0KP So that’s why it doesn’t look good.

    so I resized all images in the carousel to 1356px Height and I moved the second place to make sure cache wasn’t saving the old result, but it didn’t work with the picture even I changed every picture name. what else could wrong?
