    Hi, I have installed the latest version of your theme, but I get an error with the promo banner. When I edit with elementor, everything is correct, but when I go to the public version of the website, it does not show the same, the banner images are extra large. I have emptied the browser cache, I have created again the same section, but nothing, still with the same error. I attach a video so you can see what I’m talking about. Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi cerroelmoro,

    Thanks for reaching to us and take our apologies for the long delay in answering.

    You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    If it doesn’t help, please provide me temporary wp-admin account to the Private Content, I will debug that issue.

    Please clear browser cache, purge cache from plugin and check again https://prnt.sc/WZCXT69hYeoi

    Hi. I’ve forcefully purged cache from the browser, deactivated the cache plugin, reactivated it, cleared cache with the cache plugin, but I still have the same problem.

    This problem is related to the deprecated Load Elementor optimized CSS option that is included in it, so let’s turn it off https://monosnap.com/file/bzQ2wK4A3MFYUQUNcpyKMKt6N1iYeR and check again.
