Layouts demo content not importing

Hello,
When creating new layout and selecting the demo which I would like to use, I get empty page.
I want to use sticky description module according this demo: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/furniture/reflect-chest-of-drawers/?opt=product_sticky
But I could not import or reuse this functionality.
How can I proceed? Maybe you can import such demo for me?
