You can disable the Tooltip Library in general from your Site by navigating to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Performance > JS > Advanced script controls > in that you can find the Tooltip Library > select Never Load there: https://snipboard.io/ac4KDz.jpg

Our developer took a look and identified this is related cache or additional plugins. You can see that if you edit the title of image, it won’t change on the front-end.

You can create a dev site and test on there, deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:
