Purchase Code Activation Not Working.. Keeps saying Invalid!

    I just purchased the WoodMart theme on Feb 18, 2024. After uploading the theme and plugins, I started the setup process and tried to enter my item purchase code to activate the auto-update function for this domain. However, it gives me an error saying, “The purchase code is invalid.” Where can I find my purchase code?”

    Even when I go to my account on https://xtemos.com to add the purchase code, it still gives me the same error.

    Please advice whats the issue as I need to get this resolved asap!

    Please, send us your admin access so we can try to activate the purchase code on your website and see how it works.
