Problem when imported the prebuilt website

I just installed the theme with the installation wizard and imported the prebuilt website (demo retail-2). But now the header is very weird and doesn’t show correctly. Also, the pages that should be imported are completely empty.

You need to enable Elementor containers before importing our dummy content. You can enable this in Elementor -> Settings -> Features https://gyazo.com/978409216e7ba8e656ed812160359821
You can remove all the existing content and import it again after enabling this option in Elementor.

Thank you for your quick reply. I enabled the flex box option in Elementor.
I also removed the existing content and imported the prebuilt website again but now the pages don’t upload at all. And also the header still looks very weird and has not changed.
Is there an easy way to delete all content I installed with the prebuild website installer?
Please let me know.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily so we can check it?
Sure, I found a way to delete uploaded content and also reuploaded it. And it seems to work fine now! Sorry for all the questions.
