p.crisParticipantHello,
I know you had solved the issues, like others have said previously, but seems for me that the issue isn’t solved.
Site is live, in production.
I’m using just plugins needed for billing, delivery, rankmath, litespeed cache (server also litespeed), complianz and the ones that come with theme.
All went fine until the last update of litespeed – I suppose, around 2 weeks ago when issues started:
Whenever on new browser, when clicking into the hamburger mobile menu, a ”/#” like anchor comes into the browser.
Hoever, at that moment, when going via Personalize -> Menus -> Selecting mobile -> it works.
I found out that the issue is completely random, but most of it when I am purging the cache.
After that, even if im checking on the mobile view and it works, when going on either Android or iOs phone, the menu isn’t working. What I’ve got to do? Go to the Appearacences – menus – unselect the menu from ”Main menu”, save the page then come back and reactivate the same menu as ”main menu”.
This is starting to go through my mind, it pisses me off. I have tested with:
deactivating ALL plugins, even LS Cache, still doing the same thing, whenever the menu stops working, it just ads ”site.com/#” in the browser.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Currently, we don’t see any problems on your website. Could you please clarify how to reproduce it?
Kind Regards
February 20, 2024 at 6:48 pm #541933
p.crisParticipantRight now, I have only purged the cache. And again, mobile menu is not working. Please check for yourself.
February 20, 2024 at 6:51 pm #541935
Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check it? Or create a staging clone of your website where you can do such experiments.
February 20, 2024 at 7:07 pm #541937
p.crisParticipantOn it, creating a staging, coming back soon with infos.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Sorry, but the home page is not loading at all. Could you please check this from your end? Also, keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off.
Kind Regards

p.crisParticipanthello,
indeed the page is loading a bit with delay because hostinger’s resources plan are low, but on my side they are loading tho.
regarding the plugins, my website was functional until 2 weeks ago, with the plugins included. I cannot use it live without a cachin, a billing, a cookies consent plugin, etc. that, to deactivate all plugins, I dont think it solves the problem. but if for you to check it does, you have admin credentials, please check and do deactivate them on this last site i gave you.
February 22, 2024 at 1:15 pm #542781
Artem TemosKeymasterIt is most likely affected by some of the installed plugins which is why we ask you to disable them temporarily. Please, do this yourself so we don’t break anything.
February 23, 2024 at 5:56 pm #543261

February 23, 2024 at 6:01 pm #543263
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, we see that it is related to litespeed. And we are ready to check it on your website. But we need to keep other plugins temporarily turned off.

Thing is, once purcing the cache, problem gets reproduced, mobile menu won’t work. to make it work i gotta go to Appearance – Menus – Deactivate it, then activate it back. Will work for a while.
