Mini cart and WooCommerce Cart Fragments

On my hosting the WooCommerce Cart Fragments are disabled by default because it can hurt site performance. But when this is disabled the mini cart widget(the one slides from left) didn’t work properly, it shows blank cart.
When we add a product in the cart and navigat to other page or even reloads the same page and then click on mini cart icon on header to see cart widget it appears blank totally.
So is there any way to tackle this issue without enabling woocommerce cart fragments?

This feature comes with the WooCommerce plugin and it is required to make the shopping cart widget work correctly. When you disable it your cart page is always empty and not updated.

Alright but can this functionality work without using woo cart fragment? cart fragment will affect site performance.
This question is not related to our theme since it is a WooCommerce functionality. If you want to disable it you can remove the shopping cart widget from the header.
