Jump to ID on mobil not worked

on our productpage we uns ids for the section, and we add buttons to jump to this ids on Desktop it works. But on mobile it doesn’t works

I found the problem,
i double the product-registercards, on desktop layout tab and on mobile layout open all.
With hide on mobil it doesn’t work because the IDs are double in the HTML structure.
Can you add the Option in the product-registercards for Layout for Desktop, tabelt ans Mobil please, then i can use on desktop layout tab and on mobile layout open all.
