Woodmart Widgets not appears when I look for widget to add

Hello,
I have 2 differents websites with woodmart, and on one of them I can’t use Woodmart Widget. They don’t appears on the list when I want to add a new widget.
I have no idea why.
I give you admin credential in private content so you can take a look.

You have not installed the required plugin Update the WoodMart core plugin and wp bakery plugin from Appearance > Install Plugins.
