ernestasParticipantHello, after updating the website, the left and right paddings on the pages are gone. What setting to use to bring it back? Attaching before and after screenshots.

ernestasParticipantWe have solved this issue by adding padding manually. Now we have a different problem – categories grid images are not square. They used be square and now are used landscape/portrait. How to solve that?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi ernestas,
Glad to hear that original issue has been fixed.
You are using image heights are not same. I kindly recommend you preparing images you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid.
For the Product Archive page, please navigate to Theme Settings > Product archives -> Products styles, here you can enable
Even product grid for desktop option
to align products if they have different height components. You can enable it for specific devices as well https://prnt.sc/ASt5z0mmasuz
Please refer to article for more details https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-size-and-content-alignment-in-a-product-grid/

ernestasParticipantThank you for your response. I am not sure you understood us correctly, it was working perfectly fine before updating the theme and WordPress, we were using the same images without needing to crop them in any editor. What changed?
I have spotted a new setting in the page builder on this element called “Grid items with different sizes”. But what value should we put in? It is a text field. Attaching a screenshot.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi ernestas,
Even product grid for desktop option
helps product items to be even, not resizing images, please see screenshot for better understanding https://prnt.sc/0LyATatrEsHUIn order to have same size image, I kindly recommend you preparing images you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid.

ernestasParticipantAs mentioned before, it is categories grid, not product grid. Moreover, the feature you are talking about is turned on on all devices and does not help.
Could you please have a closer look on the issue?
