    Hello,

    how i can change the promo popup window setting to show it every time a customer goes to home page?

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Promo popup > scroll down to bottom and there are options related to its configurations https://prnt.sc/2wHPVEW8nDKy

    my problem is that if the same user visits the page in other day the popups do not appear.
    that i mean if i change the promo that a have now the same users are can’t saw the new popup.
    how i can change that to any users(existing or new) if the went to home direction they see popup promo window offers ?

    There is no such an options by default, unfortunately.
