Responsive settings are not appearing on my wpbakery editor

Hi! Im trying to have 3 coulmns appearing on mobile devices instead of 1, on desktop they are propperly configured as 3.
I searched how to fix it and they said to open the Resposive settings to change the mobile number of columns, but the option is not appearing to me, Im adding screenshots of how I cant find the button. Thanks
