I can’t understand, it says that we have the ability to create/configure a website on two domains. We installed the theme on the main one, but can’t activate it on the subdomain, but can’t activate it on the second one. But a message appears that it is impossible to activate.
Can you tell me how to activate a theme on a second domain?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
As we can see, your purchase code is already activated. If you want to activate it again, you need to remove all the activations in your account first. You can do this on this page https://xtemos.com/my-account/
After this, you will be able to activate the theme with your purchase code without any issues. Note that you can activate it twice: one on your development website and one on the production.

Now the reason why I contacted support became clear 🙂
This choice is only available on the main site, and after installing the theme on the second site, you can only select “as main” there.
Can this be changed somehow? Reinstalling the theme and deactivating it didn’t help.
Or is there no difference which site will be working as live-site and which will be for testing/development?

Most likely, you have an outdated version installed. Try to update the theme manually as per the instructions https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
