Good day,
after updating the template, the text animations stopped working for the WPBakery Page Builder plugin. As a result, the text will not be displayed. When I turn off the animation, the text shows up. There is also a problem with the gallery. Please, give me an advice. Thank you.

Hello,

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

Try looking at another page. The same problem. I was looking at your settings and I have the animations set for the entire column. The gallery shows OK once and not the second time.

Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Performance -> Lazy loading and turn on the “Disable native WordPress lazy loading” option, then clear the cache and recheck the issue.

these are just examples, but it does this for all pages. There should be text under the image and not a gray box.

Hi,
I found out that the Woodmart Core plugin is causing the problem with the animations. When I deactivate it, the animation starts, but the graphics turn off.

Hi,
Still not showing up. It does this to the column settings when the animation is selected. If I choose “none”, the text will be displayed.

Hi,
Now the text is showing everywhere for me but without any effect. Even if the animation is set, it won’t show on the page. The text is displayed without it.
I’m still having trouble with Slider Revolution. The presentation will be cut like this.

Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

If you have faced the issue with our theme, Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
