Can’t turn off the menu in the header and turn on reviews in the product card

    Good afternoon. After purchasing and installing the theme and the suggested template, I was faced with the fact that some functions are not editable. For example, the topic title in the product category cannot be customized. The menu disable button in the header does not move and therefore does not turn on or off. In addition, I was unable to display the reviews block in the product card. All settings are completed, but reviews do not appear on the page. Can you help with these questions?

    Hello,

    Navigate to Products > Categories and customize the category. For the header menu, Navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit current header > remove the main menu element.

    Also the product reviews are showing in the grid layout. Check back your site and check the issue.

    Good afternoon I probably didn’t explain the problem quite correctly. I want to disable the menu under the product category heading (screen 2), there is a button in the admin panel that can do this (screen 3), but it doesn’t work, it won’t turn off. How can this be fixed?

    Hello! When you look at the problem with the product category header menu, please look at why the Reviews block is not displayed on the product page. Thank you in advance!

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

    All settings in the site admin panel are now displayed in English, although the settings are set to Russian. If you did something about it, could you bring back the language?

    Hello,

    Now I have changed your language on your site. Navigate to Settings>>General. In the Site Language dropdown list, select the language you want to use. Check back your site and check the issue.
