Excess of PHP consumption on the server

I have been using the Woodmart theme on a server in Spain for about 5 months. Periodically they send us the e-mail that the website consumes too many resources. I will leave you an example below. (Image).
Do you have any idea what we could do to fix this? Thank you!

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
