sergiocostaParticipantHello,
The website we developed using your theme is not compatible with the High Sierra operating system with Safari version 13.1.2
Please take a look at how the site menu appears on the client’s computer in this link:
https://streamable.com/e1knkuCould you provide information on which versions of the browser and Mac operating system your theme is compatible with?
We had to switch from WebP to JPEG because it is also not compatible with his Safari version.
By the way, is it possible to use WebP for modern browsers and JPEG for older ones with Elementor?
Thanks for your Help.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Unfortunately, Safari 13 and 14 browser lacks the support of gap property for Flexbox and inset property for absolute positioning. The following properties are important to reduce CSS file size and to avoid an excessive DOM size, improving page speed. Woodmart started to implement this property after it was first used in WordPress default themes and Elementor builder. Using older browsers may not support features provided by WordPress since it requires two latest versions of Safari browser which is Safari 16 and Safari 17 to work properly (https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/).
Kind Regards

sergiocostaParticipantI understand. Customers should update their technology, but some are still stuck in the Stone Age.
For example, this website is built on WordPress: https://www.esporao.com/They manage to use WebP for modern browsers and JPEG for older ones. How do they achieve that?
Every situation is unique. This website performs well on the customer’s computer.Let’s try to explain why the website appears this way on his PC.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe can’t answer your question because we don’t know how this website is built, what themes/plugins/technologies they are using, and what browser support they guarantee.
Kind Regards
