Product videos not playing in mobile view …..

I have a problem with the product videos in the gallery. For some products the videos are displayed in mobile view (Safari), but for some products they are not. If you click on the play button it just loads the whole time. On the desktop, however, there are no problems. I tried vimeo and youtube. Both the same problem.

First of all, take our apologies for the long delay in answering.
You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
