How to add a HTML Block in a sidebar

    how can I add a HTML Block inside the Sidebar? I have created a menu with ingredients menu and then adding sidebar but I don’t see an option to add a HTML block or post, etc.

    There is an widget called WOODMART HTML Block you can use it to add blocks to the Sidebars.
