    Hi.

    At the beginning everything works well.
    After a time i could not edit the page with elementor.
    Critical Erro:
    There was a critical error on your website. Please check your website administrator email inbox for further instructions.

    I talked with elementor support, they told me to change to hello theme.
    Then it works again.
    So i have to contact theme builder.

    If i change to child theme woordmart again, the elementor works again, but alle sites and image of the site is gone.

    To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) and FTP info (server, username, password, port) to Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.

    The home site is broken. All imgaes and content are gone. Just the slider is working.
    The product site still works well.

    The home site does not work with elementor anymore. It is still loading.

    I can not work with anything with woodmart anymore.
    The Elementor (with woodmart) is grey or still loading with the cirlce icon.

    Hello.

    Sure you can do.
    I did a backup before with updraft.
    I think i just have you´r plugins.

    1. I checked your site and it displayed same as you built with Elementor – with many empty spacing https://prnt.sc/7305Fbqw2lUj

    2. And you can see screenshot in #1 answer, Elementor loaded well on my end.

    I restored the backup.
    Now you see all the content of the pages .

    But i can not edit the page with elementor.
    I get always the critical error.

    1)
    I´m trying to edit the first page with elementor.

    After clicking on the elementor i got the critical error again.
