Try to edit the slides with page builder and check the responsive settings. Try to use the different sizes of images for desktop and mobile.
Navigate to Slides > Edit Slide > In the bottom of the slide check the slide settings for different devices.

alexgeoParticipantHi,
Try to edit the slides with page builder and check the responsive settings.
The above cannot be done because the background photo is added through slide editing, not via the builder.
The issue persists. Could you provide me with more extensive assistance?
For example, could the problem be solved with CSS? Or would you be able to log in to the admin panel to view or correct the settings that have already been made?
Thank you in advance.
March 16, 2024 at 10:24 am #549546Hello,
You can adjust the slide content in the page builder, Navigate to Slides > Edit Slide > In the bottom of the slide check the slide settings for different devices. Try to upload the different sizes of images for desktop and mobile.

alexgeoParticipantInitially, we would like the slider to adjust automatically without the need to create different images for each device (desktop, tablet & mobile). Is this possible?
If not, does this mean that your slider is not responsive?
We want the slider to adjust automatically without creating different images.
How can this be achieved?
Alternatively, what size should the images be for tablets and mobile devices?
March 19, 2024 at 3:51 pm #550374Hello,
Sorry it is not our theme issue, To ensure optimal responsiveness, using different images for different devices is recommended. High-resolution images may not fit well on mobile screens. For tablets, aim for around 768px width, and for mobile devices, around 375px width is suitable.
In the slide settings in the bottom of the slide page, upload distinct images for various devices and select the background image position.
