Product attribute filters does not work in mobile device

When we apply a Product Attribute Filter in shop page, instead of filtering the relevant products, it just shows all products in Mobile devices. (This works fine in desktop)

This is the login credentials to my development site. Both development and production sites have the same issue.
In this site when you select an Author or a Publisher from shop page side bar filter, instead of showing only filtered products it shows all products. This issue is with the mobile devices, not with the desktop.

Actually this issue also exists with the desktop, when I use a different browser or incognito mode.

Actually I have figured out the issue. It was due to a snippet I have used to hide product categories from the shop page. When i disable it, site works fine.
