Bullet points not working

I have 2 things to ask you. I only have 3 days left of the support service.

I put bullet points in the short description but it does not show on the product page.
(I would like to show my bullet points on the product page)

Please, check the attached 2 files and tell me how to fix them.

2.
How can I make a hero section banner moving a text.(Check the following site : https://epais.kr )
The text , ‘Thicker. Fuller. Healthier’, is moving horizontally.
Is there any way for me to make a main banner like this using woodmart theme and elementor pro?
