    Hello Support folks,

    The track order form works fine, but the output for the billing address seems to be confined to a narrow, left column.

    Hello support,

    I thought I had this resolved but apparently, I do not. The screenshot is the bottom half of the order tracking page. I can’t figure out why the Billing and Shipping information is pushed all to the left side.

    Any suggestions on where to start looking?

    Try to turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, temporarily disable the CDN and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, switch to the parent theme, and recheck it. If the issue remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello Aizaz – I guess we can move on now. I purged the CDN cache and tried a new browser. The track order page loads fine, but strange that no Billing or Shipping address is showing up at all now.

    I’ll take that as a win. Thanks for your help.
